This notice explains how L1NO handles information submitted through this website.

Information L1NO collects

We collect an email address when you request a RE-FUEL or IV opening update. A coaching introduction collects your full name, email, phone number, preferred time to call, the coaching format you are considering and the note you choose to send. The contact form collects the details you choose to send.

What not to send

Do not send card details, passwords, diagnoses, medications, lab data, symptoms or health history through L1NO forms. Clinical information must be submitted only through TrufaMED’s designated clinical system when scheduling opens.

How information is used

L1NO uses submitted information only for the update, introduction or message you chose to send. RE-FUEL and IV update requests are stored in Shopify as requested marketing subscriptions. Contact and coaching introductions are delivered through Shopify’s contact system. L1NO does not sell those records or treat an IV handoff click as a booking.

Payments and partner systems

L1NO forms do not collect payment information. IV records and transactions are handled by TrufaMED through its designated system.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from requested updates or ask L1NO to access, correct or delete the information it controls, subject to applicable recordkeeping duties.
